Position Description:

Responsible for the daily support of the sales function to minimize the administrative work of producers. Responsibilities include analyzing and reporting sales data, communicating changes to sales plans, providing knowledge about customers and competitors, communicating pricing data, and managing the operational logistics of sales meetings and activities. Works closely with sales and other functional leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting sales recruiting, goal setting, training and onboarding, troubleshooting order processing issues and producer requests, and sales-related information systems and procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or agency background
3 years experience giving presentations to external customers
Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) experience
BA/BS degree or related work experience
Requires general knowledge of health care products and strong administrative process to support business operations
Requires systems knowledge in applications pertinent to job
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multi task
High school diploma/GED
Healthcare experience either with a broker or carrier preferred
